MANNA ROYAL RUMBLE 2017 IN NUMBERS

All the statistics from the inaugural Manna Royal Rumble that was contested from May 6 to May 28 by sixteen teams.



After 27 matches and hard-fought cricket for nearly a month, the inaugural edition of Manna Royal Rumble ended on Sunday with Future Stars CA taking home the title by beating AVM CA in the final.

So, what were the notable records and numbers from the tournament?

A Look at some statistical highlights from the tournament:

0 hat-tricks were taken in the season, though there were some bowlers who took 2-in-2 and had their chances.

1 century was scored in the tournament and that was by Varun from Wahe Guru CA who smoked a 46-ball 104 against Kreeda SF.

2 5-fers taken in the tourney. One by Vrisshin of AVM CA against Gen-Next Panthers and the other instance being by Chirag V of FSCA against the St. Michaels CA.

5 The match that saw the fewest number of wickets fall in the entire tournament was the encounter between Cricket Drome and Don Bosco CA. Only 5 wickets fell as Drome reached the target of 118 for the loss of 1 wicket after Don Bosco put up 115 runs for the loss of 4 wickets on board.

5 sixes hit by Pavan of LMCA, the most by a player in this tournament.

5.21 The Overall run rate of Manna Royal Rumble, with Wahe Guru CA having a high of 7.24. 

8 Vrisshan of AVM CA finished as the tournament’s leading wicket taker with 8 scalps. Chirag V of FSCA with figures of 5-9 had the best figures of the tournament.

361 The number of wickets that fell in the tournament. The match between LMCA and Cricket Drome saw 20 wickets fall in the match, which was the most in the tournament.
