THE GOLDEN DUCKS OF IPL

                                

No batsman in their career would like to get out on duck. Adding the case of getting out for golden/diamond duck makes it even worse. But in the T20 form of cricket, these ducks are more common. And, the IPL too has also seen many ducks and golden ducks. And today the IPL has seen its 300^th Golden Duck.

Getting out for Golden Duck is not a good record to have under your name but there have been players who have had to bear it 300 times in IPL. Here we look at the 1^st, 50^th, 100^th, 150^th, 200^th, 250^th and finally the 300^th player to be out for Golden Duck in IPL.

50^th: Arindam Ghosh c Sachin Tendulkar b Abishek Nayar 0(1), IPL 2009.

100^th: Adam Gilchrist c Robin Uthappa b Dale Steyn 0(1), IPL 2010.

150^th: Sunil Narine b Kevon Cooper, IPL 2012.

200^th: Biplab Samantray b Sandeep Sharma, IPL 2013.

250^th: Dale Steyn c Keiron Pollard b Lasith Malinga, IPL 2015.

300^th: Yuvraj Singh c Naman Ojha b Axar Patel, IPL 2017.
